Biography
Andrew P. Morriss is a senior scholar at the Mercatus Center and the H. Ross & Helen Workman Professor of Law and Business at the University of Illinois.
He is also a research fellow of the NYU Center for Labor and Employment Law, a senior fellow at the Property & Environment Research Center, Bozeman, Montana, and a regular visiting professor at Universidad Francisco Marroquín in Guatemala.Mr. Morriss earned his AB degree from Princeton University, his JD and a masters degree in public affairs from The University of Texas at Austin, and his PhD in economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
