Dr. Bruce Caldwell is Rosenthal Excellence Professor of Economics at the Univerisity of Northc Carolina - Greensboro.  He specializes in the history of economic thought, methodology, and theory.  He is the author of, among other books and scholarly articles, Hayek's Challenge: An Intelectual Biography of F.A. Hayek (University of Chicago Press, 2004).

Dr. Caldwell recieved his Ph.D. in economics from the University of North Carolina -Chapel Hill.
