The Environmental Protection Agency's Fiscal 2008 Budget Request

In his testimony, Maurice McTigue proposed to the Subcommittee the kind of information it should expect from the Environmental Protection Agency in order to make informed value judgments on funding levels and environmental spending priorities. He suggested that the Subcommitttee require the EPA to provide the measures it intends to use to demonstrate the public benefits being created from its programs and activities.
