Edward J. Timmons is a Service Associate Professor of Economics and Director of the Knee Center for the Study of Occupational Regulation at West Virginia University. He has written extensively on the effects of occupational regulation and his research has been published in scholarly journals such as the Journal of Law and Economics, the Journal of Regulatory Economics, Monthly Labor Review, Health Policy, Cato Journal, and the British Journal of Industrial Relations.
