This two-day, invitation-only conference will bring together a small group of leading scholars to participate in roundtable discussions arranged around portions of Dr. John Nye's new manuscript, War, Wine and Taxes. Participants also considered some of the latest contributions to the conversation around free trade and personal versus impersonal exchange.
