After almost nine years, I am leaving Mercatus for a new adventure.
After almost nine wonderful years I am leaving Mercatus for a new opportunity. In my tenure at Mercatus I have gotten to work with amazing people, tackle interesting problems, testify before Congress multiple times, submit briefs to the Supreme Court, and have a lot of fun along the way. It was a great time. But as Ecclesiastes says, for everything there is a season, and my season at Mercatus has come to a close.
Don’t worry though, FinRegRag isn’t going anywhere. The Mercatus team will continue to post, and new contributors are on the way!

I’m off to my next adventure, but you can bet I will be subscribing to FinRegRag in my personal capacity. You should too if you haven’t already! The writers are first-rate, the content relevant, and with my departure the ratio of run-on sentences will likely decrease.
