Part of the Biden administration's economic strategy seems to be a hard leaning in towards industrial policy. The government gives subsidies, tax breaks, and more money to corporations to encourage them to take on projects the government finds favorable, and in the process create thousands of jobs for the American worker, and everyone benefits.
