How to structure a state streamlining commission with Dan Rothschild

State legislatures around the country are looking to cut costs, maintain services, and eliminate waste in their budgets. One tool, state streamlining commissions, have proven effective in Louisianna and Virginia. Mercatus' own Daniel Rothschild, Managing Director of the State and Local Policy Project, joins host Jim Musser to talk about the lessons he's learned from being closely invovled with both commissions.
