A Virginian federal district judge declaring Obamacare as unconstitutional should serve as a wake-up call about what we really need to be focusing on in this country.

Today’s decision is a signal that lawmakers need to revisit healthcare reform and focus on the true drivers of the our problems: Medicare, Medicaid, and interest on the debt. The President’s health reform package does solve our long-term budget problems, and instead it causes a massive spending explosion over the next 75 years.
