Adrian Rubio

Adrian Rubio is a PhD student in Law at European University Institute in Florence, Italy. His research interests include constitutional regimes, the development of the administrative state, and the administrative challenges to a multilevel legal order, particularly as it relates to the European Union. Adrian earned an MA in philosophy from Boston College, an MA in public administration from the College of Europe, an LLB at the Catholic University of Àvila, and a BA in philosophy at the Pontifical University of Salamanca. He was a Mercatus Center Don Lavoie fellow during the spring 2021 semester and a Mercatus Center Frédéric Bastiat fellow during the 2021-2022 academic year.
