Alison Holt is a PhD student in public policy & management at the University of Southern California. Her research interests focus on the interaction between interest groups and bureaucratic agencies during the proposal building and rule development stage of “notice and comment” rulemaking, with particular emphasis on disclosure of private or “ex parte” meetings. Alison earned an MPA in public policy from Wayne State University and a BS in physics from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
