Alison Holt is a PhD student in Public Policy and Management at the University of Southern California. She earned an MPA in Public Policy from Wayne State University and a BS in Physics from Georgia Institute of Technology. She was a Frédéric Bastiat Fellow during the 2022-2023 academic year. Her research examines how bureaucrats strategically disclose interactions with interest groups within notice of proposed rulemaking documents conditional to the political climate and threats to reputation.
