Andrew Berryhill is a PhD student in Economics at Indiana University Bloomington. He earned a BA in Economics from Hillsdale College. He was an Adam Smith Fellow during the 2019-2020, 2021-2022, and 2022-2023 academic years, and a Don Lavoie Fellow during the 2020-2021 academic year. His research interests include the political economy of fiscal policy and the design of laws/rules meant to restrict fiscal policy.
