Anna Lytvynova is an interdisciplinary PhD student in theater & drama at Northwestern University. Her research interests include the effects of technological innovation on the integration of arts and culture in democratic societies such as Canada or the U.S., with a particular focus on the role of blockchain technologies in the active participation of art workers in their sociopolitical communities. Anna earned an MA in theater from York University and a BA in English from McGill University. She was a Mercatus Center Adam Smith Fellow during the 2021-2022 academic year.
