Chevano Baker

Chevano Baker is a PhD student in management at the University of Bristol. He earned an MPP and MSc in Economics for Development from the University of Oxford, an MSc in Financial Economics from the University of Birmingham, and a BSc in Actuarial Science from The University of the West Indies. He was a Frédéric Bastiat Fellow during the 2022-2023 academic year and a Don Lavoie Fellow during the 2021-2022 academic year. His research examines the geopolitical economy of fintech innovation in emerging markets and developing countries.
