Daniel Barker Flores

Daniel Barker Flores is a D.Phil student in politics at University of Oxford. His research focuses on some of the central challenges faced by the consolidating democracies of the global south, including security, violence, and criminal governance. Daniel earned an MSc in Latin American studies and an MSc in politics research from University of Oxford and a BA in Spanish & Latin American studies from University College London.
