Eniola Fasola is a PhD student in Agricultural and Resource Economics at the University of Connecticut. She earned an MA in economics from the University of Connecticut and a BSc in economics from the University of Ibadan. She was a Frédéric Bastiat Fellow during the 2022-2023 academic year. Her research focuses on crucial socio-economic issues, such as the effects of distributional policies on social cohesion in a high-unemployment setting, the influence of education in mitigating corrupt activities, and the impact of stringent policy measures implemented during the COVID-19 pandemic on labor market outcomes.
