Felipe Gonzalez T. Machado

Felipe Machado is a PhD student in Cognitive Humanities at the University of Vienna. He earned an MSc in Cognitive Science from the University of Vienna and a BSc in Electronic and Computer Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. He was an Adam Smith Fellow during the 2022-2023 academic year and a Don Lavoie Fellow during the 2021-2022 academic year. His research uses enactivism to propose a theoretical framework for polarizing processes and investigates the role of uncertainty acceptance as a depolarizing force.
