Felipe Lozano-Rojas is an Assistant Professor of Public Administration & Policy at the University of Georgia. His research interests include the intersection between public finance and social policy with a focus on taxation, behavior, and revenue-generating social policies that provide different levels of governments with fiscal independence to attain social goals. Lozano-Rojas earned a PhD in Public Affairs from Indiana University, Bloomington, an MBA in Finance from National Taiwan University, and a BA in Economics from Universidad de Los Andes.
