Hala Altamimi is an Assistant Professor of Public Affairs & Administration at the University of Kansas. Her research interests include public governance, organizational behavior, decision-making, and result-oriented approaches to performance such as performance measurement and management, performance auditing, and evaluation. Altamimi earned a PhD in Public Policy and an MPA from Georgia State University, and a BA in English Language & Literature from Bethlehem University. She was a Mercatus Center Frédéric Bastiat Fellow during the 2021-22 academic year, and a Mercatus Center Don Lavoie Fellow during Spring 2021.
