Helen Kosc

Helen Kosc is a DPhil student in Sociology at the University of Oxford. She earned an MS in Sociology from University of Oxford and a BA in Sociology from Queen’s University. She was an Elinor Ostrom Fellow during the 2022-2023 academic year. Her research investigates the resettlement journeys of 300 prison-leavers released from HM Prison Bullingdon over 18 months using ethnographic data collection through a combination of participant observation and unstructured, sequential interviews to better understand the challenges that exist for prison-leavers.
