Hoan (Lana) La

Lana La is a PhD student in political science at Texas Tech University. Her research interests include the political economy of international cooperation, public budgeting and finance, social policy, environmental policy, and gender equality. Lana earned an MPA in public administration from Murray State University and a BA in online newspapers at the Academy of Journalism and Communication.
