Jair Peltier is a PhD student in political science and international relations at the University of Southern California. His research interests include the study of indigenous sovereignty and the analysis of tribal constitutions. Particularly, he focuses on measuring the influences of tribal constitutional reform and its implications for political and economic development. Jair earned a BA in political science, history, and anthropology from the University of Minnesota-Morris.
