Jeremy Pesner

Jeremy Pesner is a PhD student in engineering & public policy at Carnegie Mellon University. His research interests include the effects of public policy on telecommunications, information, and communications technologies. Specifically, he is developing a method to economically evaluate data based on the predictive power and payoffs of the decisions that this data is supporting. Jeremy earned an MA in communications, culture, & technology from Georgetown University and a BS in computer science from Dickinson College.
