Josefina Senese

Josefina Senese is a PhD student in Educational Studies at Boston University. She earned an MA in Global Affairs from the University of Notre Dame and a BA in International Studies from Torcuato Di Tella University. She was an Oskar Morgenstern Fellowship during the 2022-2023 academic year. Her research interests include how students with disabilities (SWDs) access school choice programs, the extent to which they utilize them, and whether school choice policies dissuade schools from accommodating SWDs or students who may be eligible for special education services.
