She earned her BA in Economics and International Relations at Wheaton College and her MA in Economics at George Mason University. She previously worked as a Fellow for the Cybersecurity and Emerging Threats team at R Street Institute. Her research interests include institutional economics, development economics, and peace and defense economics.
