Luis Hernando Lozano Paredes

Luis Lozano-Paredes is a PhD student in built environment-urban governance at the University of Technology Sydney. His research interests include organizational theory, institutional analysis, and urban mobility planning. Luis earned an MSc in urban economics from Torcuato di Tella University, an MArch in architecture & urban planning from the University of Belgrano and a Dipl. in geographic information systems from the University of Belgrano. He was a Mercatus Center Frédéric Bastiat Fellow during the 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 academic years, a Don Lavoie Fellow during the spring 2021 semester, and Mercatus Center Adam Smith Fellow during the 2021-2022 academic year.
