Meiqing Ren

Meiqing Ren is a PhD student in economics at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Her research interests include applied microeconomics, gender economics, health economics, and labor economics. Specifically, she is interested in analyzing the effects of state and federal regulations on health and entrepreneurship. Meiqing earned an MS in economics from Baylor University and a BM in management from Sun Yat-Sen University.
