Monica Moses

Monica Moses is a PhD student in Economics at West Virginia University. She earned a BA in Statistics and Economics from St. John Fisher College. She was a Frédéric Bastiat Fellowship during the 2022-2023 academic year. Her research takes an applied look at the interaction of accessibility to healthcare and education and the impact on various well-being policies in the United States.
