Mory Fodé Fofana

Mory Fodé Fofana is a PhD student in public administration at University of Quebec. His research interests include utilizing the perspective of public choice theory and constitutional political economy to examine the performance of post-colonial states in sub-Saharan Africa in light of the interaction between informal and formal institutions. Mory Fodé earned an MSc in public administration from University of Quebec, an MSc in economics from Donetsk National University, and a BSc in computer science from University of Montreal.
