Prince Paa-Kwesi Heto

Prince Heto is a PhD student in political science at the University of California, Irvine. His research interests include the barriers and potential institutional solutions that affect governments' ability to deliver quality political goods to all interest groups in a diverse society. Prince earned an MA in educational leadership and societal change from Soka University of America, an MS in global studies and international affairs from Northeastern University and a BA in psychology and study of religions from the University of Ghana. He was a Mercatus Center Adam Smith Fellow during the 2018-2019, 2019-2020, and 2021-2022 academic years, and he was also a Don Lavoie Fellow during the 2020-2021 academic year.
