Ren-Neasha Blake

Ren-Neasha Blake is a PhD student in public administration & policy at Old Dominion University. Her research interests focus on coastal resilience, wicked problems, and evidence-based policymaking, with particular emphasis on e-resilience. Ren-Neasha earned an MSc in international public & development management and a BSc in sociology from The University of the West Indies. She was a Mercatus Center Don Lavoie fellow during the spring 2022 semester.
