Robert Gabriel Ciobanu

Robert Ciobanu is a PhD student in political science at University of Bucharest. His research interests include reconstructing the functionalist model of governance in institutionalist terms and using the Social-Ecological Systems Framework developed by Elinor Ostrom to assess the performance of this model for the governance of natural resources at the global level. Robert earned an MA in philosophy, politics, & economics and a BA in political science from University of Bucharest. He was a Mercatus Center Frédéric Bastiat Fellow during the 2021-2022 academic year and a Don Lavoie Fellow during the spring 2021 semester.
