Saige Hill

Saige Hill is a PhD student in public administration & policy at Old Dominion University. Her research interests include social justice and emergency management, with particular focus on government and non-profit programs for low-income families, institutional bias and diversity within organizations, and disaster preparedness and response among vulnerable populations. Saige earned an MPA and a BS in psychology from Old Dominion University. She was a Mercatus Center Don Lavoie fellow during the spring 2021 semester and a Mercatus Center Frédéric Bastiat fellow during the 2021-2022 academic year.
