Samantha Fritz is a PhD student in philosophy at University of Pennsylvania. Her research interests include state authority and legitimacy and political obligation, with a particular emphasis in philosophical anarchism and the concept of political communities beyond the state. Samantha earned an MA in philosophy from University of Pennsylvania and a BA in philosophy and political Science from Youngstown State University.
