Shanna Phillips is a PhD student in political science at the University of California, Irvine. Her research interests include comparative political and economic systems, with a focus towards the high level of economic interdependence between states and the impact interdependence has on conflict and cooperation. Shanna earned an MA in philosophy, political science, & economics and mathematical behavioral science and a BA in economics from the University of California, Irvine.
