Thomas Spencer

Thomas Spencer is an MPhil student in land economy research at the University of Cambridge. His research interests focus on law and economics, with particular emphasis on land use, urban planning, monetary policy, and taxation. Thomas earned an LLB in law from City, University of London. He was a Mercatus Center Don Lavoie fellow during the spring 2022 semester.
