Thomas Storrs is a PhD student in history at University of Virginia. Thomas earned a MA in history from University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a BA in history from Guilford College. His research interests include Austrian economics, financial markets, institutional analysis, international trade, law and economics, monetary policy, monetary theory, public choice, public policy, regulatory analysis, state and local policy, and technology policy. Thomas was a Mercatus Center Frédéric Bastiat Fellow during the 2018-2019, 2019-2020, and 2021-2022 academic years.
