César Báez

César Báez is a program associate for Academic & Student Programs at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. He holds a Law Degree and is a senior student of Political Science at the Universidad Católica del Táchira. Previously, he worked as a Communications Coordinator for Students for Liberty in Latin America and as an Intern at the Cato Institute. César is an alum of the Mercatus Don Lavoie Fellowship.
