Florian Kiesow Cortez

Florian Cortez is a PhD student in law at the University of Hamburg. His dissertation, “Domestic Institutions and the Political Economy of International Agreements” focuses on identifying how the type of domestic political institutions frames the incentives of politicians to rely on formal international agreements. Florian earned his MA in international development studies from the University of Marburg and his BA in political and administrative science from the University of Konstanz.
