Our research seeks to explore how financial markets foster economic growth and prosperity, and the role that well-designed regulation plays in these markets. Our scholars study whether financial regulation effectively protects investors and consumers from fraud, fosters financial stability, and allows the financial system to meet the needs of Main Street through a competitive and dynamic array of financial products and services.
