Please join the Mercatus Center's Capitol Hill Campus and Professor Bruce Yandle for an update on the state of the national economy. Dr. Yandle is the Distinguished Adjunct Professor of Economics at the Mercatus Center and Dean Emeritus of Clemson College of Business and Behavioral Sciences.

This presentation will present new data on the developing world and compare that data with the performance of the developed world and the United States. Dr. Yandle will discuss hot and cold economic sectors, employment and manufacturing. Data will be presented on how the states and regions are currently performing and which states are best equipped to participate in the emerging new economy.
