Oklahoma City Supporter and Friend Lunch

Nov 07, 2014

For at least half a century, our laws, regulations, and institutions have slowly closed the frontier of American health care—stifling the sort of disruptive innovation that saves lives and cuts costs. The unfolding of the consequences of the Affordable Care Act affords us a new opportunity to reinvigorate health care markets.

Please join us for a lunch on Friday, November 7th, with Mercatus senior research fellow Robert Graboyes. Dr. Graboyes specializes in healthcare economics and will discuss the fiscal realities of the Affordable Care Act. He’ll also address the ultimate goal of health care reform—an ideal health care system that provides better health to more people at lower cost on a continuous basis, and why decades of legislative attempts have failed to achieve this aim.

This is not a fundraising event, and there is no charge to join us. We are pleased to have you as our guest to show our thanks and appreciation to our donors. Dress is business casual. Please invite friends or associates who might be interested.
