Please join the Mercatus Center at George Mason University for a presentation by Dr. Bruce Yandle, Distinguished Adjunct Fellow at Mercatus and Dean Emeritus at Clemson University. Dr. Yandle will review his March 2019 report on March 21st from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. on topics such as:
