Certificate-of-Need Laws: Arizona

Arizona regulates ground ambulance services with a certificate-of-need (CON) law. However, because Arizona’s CON law applies only to ambulance services, most researchers do not include the state in their regression analyses. For this reason, we do not provide a profile for Arizona.
