Aliya Kadirov

Aliya Kadirov is a PhD student in International Education Policy at the University of Maryland, College Park. She earned an MSc in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis and a BA in English from Kokshetau State University. She previously participated in the Adam Smith Fellowship. Her research focuses on equity in education financing and the concept of schools as "community of place."
