Cassandra Shand is a DPhil student in Engineering at the University of Cambridge. She earned an MA in Public Policy from the University of Chicago, an MPhil in Politics and International Studies from the University of Cambridge, and a BA in Political Science & History from the University of California, Los Angeles. Her research focuses on merging business strategy and policy strategy models to identify when business solutions should be pursued over policy solutions to achieve a desired outcome and vice versa.
