Jasmin Baier is a DPhil student in Public Policy at the University of Oxford. She earned an MA in International & Development Economics from Yale University and a BSc in Economics & Social Sciences from the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Her research focuses on the psychological barriers to reducing wealth inequality and improving large-group social cohesion and cooperation between groups. She aims to discover what motivates people to learn more about outgroups.
