Yong Kang Alex Chow is a PhD student in Geography at the University of California, Berkeley. He earned an MSc in City Design & Social Science from the London School of Economics & Political Science and a BA in Comparative Literature and Sociology from The University of Hong Kong. His research focuses on decolonial praxis in Hong Kong after World War II.
