Fellows will receive all required readings for the colloquium discussions, as well as lodging and meals at each colloquium. While most fellows are expected to cover their own travel, support is available for those fellows for whom those expenses would prohibit participation in the program.

About the Fellowship

The John Stuart Mill Fellowship is a one-year fellowship program awarded to technology, business, and social leaders who are interested in political economy.

The aim of this fellowship is to introduce fellows to key texts in classical liberal political economy as a framework for exploring the role entrepreneurship plays in various aspects of social intercourse as well as the structures that influence how entrepreneurial behavior manifests. Fellows will explore this framework during a series of three weekend colloquia where they will interact with Mercatus scholars.
