The Debt Ceiling - Facts, Myths, and Implications

Do you have questions about the debt ceiling? As the national debt and entitlements eat up an increasingly large share of the budget pie, how can America continue to fund other programs vital to the nation? Please join the Mercatus Center and Dr. Jason Fichtner on  March 24, 2011 at 12:00 PM in Rayburn B-338 for an informal luncheon discussion of the facts and myths of our debt limit, and what the implications of the debate are for interest rates and default.

This informal luncheon discussion is exclusively for Chiefs of Staff, and by invitation only. This event is being held in conjunction with the House Chiefs of Staff Association.

Please RSVP to Aaron Merrill at amerril2@gmu.edu or (703) 993-7729.
Lunch will be provided.
